![]() The shorter the interval (but outside the dblclick interval), the more frequent. If I move the mouse around and keep clicking at a (relatively) constant interval, I will get the occasional stray dblclick. I have confirmed the issue isn't just in my head by creating a simple (local) webpage that catches click and dblclick events. Lord knows I'd really be pissed if this was a $120 keyboard. The sheer amount of time this problem has persisted is very concerning. I have gone back to my trusty old Logitech, which is a shame, because the Harpoon is otherwise a really nice mouse.Ĭorsair has been a "trusted brand" for me, but it will be a while before I buy another Corsair product after this. I am unable to use this mouse anymore because of this issue. I tried resetting the mouse as described above, which seemed to help a little, but the problem persists. Issue persists.īased on advice from another thread in these forums, I tried to install an old version of the software and firmware, but that didn't work at all it wouldn't even start. Always ****ty when you need to roll back on drivers, firmware and apps.prob a psychological thing, but still annoying )Īlso having this problem in September 2020! Checked for updates just today and nothing. I did open a ticket with Corsair Support, so I hope they will look into the firmware. Tested my single and double clicks in Advanced mouse settings, tested games, all seems 100%. I googled and came across this thread.found my initial downloaded iCUE software (3.20) I downloaded last year when I bought the mouse and now it seems completely fixed. Took it in to the shop where I bought it and they could not find anything wrong. Reset the mouse, changed my power management settings on the USB ports, nothing worked. Tested on laptop without the iCUE software, same prob. Then the left click kept executing double clicks.then it went over to both sides. Faulty scroll wheel, but had its fair share of use :) Anyway, mouse worked fine until I reloaded my PC and decided to download latest iCUE software last week and did firmware upgrade. Bought the mouse in 2019 after my M65 RGB mouse needed replacement. I've had this problem for a pretty long time.ĭont open the mouse. Any help is very, very appreciated. If you have the mouse firmware downgrade, please let me know this double click issue is horrendous and makes me perform terribly in shooters, tap firing is impossible as it shoots twice most of the time, cheers. Sitting there with hand cramps isn't very productive when trying to aim very precisely. That's why I'm calling on all you beautiful people to give me a hand (hah)! I've been global several times, faceit level 8, and I have potential to go higher, but until I get a comfy mouse I think I will be at a severe disadvantage. Now for the bad part: I have yet to find any alternatives to the Zowie FK2, I find that all the other mice for gamers with small hands are very similar to the FK2 + - a few mm, which is negligible. There are also other things but those I'm more flexible with. These are 3 things that I basically can't ignore because they are essential. You know how the Zowie FK2 is kind of thinner in the middle section of the mouse? Like that, I find ones that kind of bulge out to be very counterproductive Must be relatively thin in the middle/upper part of the mouse compared to the front and back, so the part where I actually grip it is thinner, like it's sort of concave.must have 2 side buttons (not a ton more or I won't be able to grip) on the left side.Very thin in terms of width (FK2 is around 60mm and I'd estimate I'd need to get down to 50 or so to feel significantly more comfortable). Here's a short list of my requirements to be able to use a mouse: My main issue is that I need to be able to have grip the left and right sides of the mouse (under the 2 buttons on the left side) and on the right side of the mouse, this way I can lift it, but I also need to be relaxed to aim consistently when not lifting. ![]() I was born with 3 fingers on my right hand, and I have no left hand. I made a post in (I think) this sub about 3 years ago asking for advice on any gaming mice smaller than my current Zowie FK2 that I've been using for 5-6 years. ESL Pro League Season 18 / Information, Schedule, & DiscussionĮdit: I highlighted some parts in bold because I don't just need a small mouse, it needs to be very thin (in terms of width) and in a particular area where I grip it.HIGHLIGHTS: Vitality vs Movistar Riders. 2,460 watchfulTVbįreezeTime ESL Pro League 18 - !Sorteio Si.
